Delete your account
Chipi Play · for grown-ups
In the app (fastest)
- Open Chipi Play and tap Account (top right).
- Answer the grown-ups question.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This immediately and permanently deletes your account, every child profile (names and pictures) and all their progress (stars, levels and stickers) from our server. Nothing is kept.
Remove just one child
Account → Children → tap the pencil on the child's picture → Remove this child. Their progress is deleted; the rest of the account stays.
By email
No longer have the app? Email exe.andy.yo@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with, asking us to delete your account. We delete it, including all child profiles and progress, within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What stays on your device
Progress saved on a device without signing in stays only on that device. Remove it by deleting the app. If you played the old web version at kids.smashup.id, clear that site's data in your browser.

Di aplikasi (paling cepat)
- Buka Chipi Play dan ketuk Account (kanan atas).
- Jawab pertanyaan khusus orang dewasa.
- Ketuk Delete account lalu konfirmasi.
Akun Anda, semua profil anak (nama dan gambar), dan seluruh progresnya (bintang, level, stiker) langsung terhapus permanen dari server kami. Tidak ada yang disimpan.
Menghapus satu anak saja
Account → Children → ketuk ikon pensil pada gambar anak → Remove this child. Progres anak tersebut terhapus; akun lainnya tetap ada.
Lewat email
Sudah tidak punya aplikasinya? Kirim email ke exe.andy.yo@gmail.com dari alamat email yang dipakai untuk login, minta akun Anda dihapus. Kami akan menghapusnya, termasuk semua profil anak dan progresnya, dalam 30 hari dan membalas sebagai konfirmasi.
Data di perangkat Anda
Progres yang disimpan tanpa login hanya ada di perangkat tersebut. Hapus dengan menghapus aplikasi. Jika dulu bermain versi web lama di kids.smashup.id, hapus data situs tersebut di browser.
