Common questions

How do I save my child's progress?

Progress is saved on the device automatically. To keep it safe and use it on other devices, a grown-up can sign in: tap Sign in (or Grown-ups) on the home screen, enter your year of birth, then choose Sign in with Apple on iPhone and iPad, or Sign in with Google on Android and the web. Use the same email address for both (do not choose Hide My Email with Apple) and every device shows the same children.

Progress is not showing on my other device

Make sure both devices are signed in with the same account and are online, then open the game on each device. Sync happens by itself within a few seconds. The line at the bottom of the home screen shows the version; if it says a newer version is ready, tap Restart now.

How do I add a child or switch player?

After signing in, open Grown-ups to add a child. To change who is playing, tap the child's card at the top of the home screen and choose Switch player.

Chipi's voice or the music is too quiet or missing

Check that the device is not on silent and the volume is up. In Grown-ups → Settings you can turn Chipi's voice, sound effects and music on or off.

Does the game have ads or in-app purchases?

No. There are no ads and no in-app purchases. Stars earned in the games are spent in Chipi's shop for outfits; they cannot be bought with money.

How do I delete our account and data?

Sign in, open Grown-ups and tap Delete account, or follow the steps on Delete your account. You can also email us and we will delete it for you.

Is it safe for children?

Children play without an account. Sign-in, settings and links that leave the game sit behind a grown-ups check. Read our Privacy Policy for what is stored and why.
